Position: Chapter Manager, CEO Clubs India

Location: The person should be based out of Pune, but the role will WFH

Required work experience: 3+ years

CEO CLUB is an Invitation-only, not-for-profit association of entrepreneurs and CEOs. It provides an enabling environment for new learning via knowledge sharing and experience and is committed to making a positive contribution to the enterprises represented by the members.

The CEO Clubs India chapter was launched in March 2008 in Hyderabad under the aegis of its parent organization CEO Clubs International, Inc. USA. Today, our chapters are in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. CEO Clubs headquarter is in New York and Dr. Joseph Mancuso founded it in 1977. The club has over 16,000 active members in the USA and 170 in India

At the heart of the CEO CLUB, is the Inner Circle, which comprises 10-12 members (representing non-competing business interests) and meets once a month. Other Club activities include Knowledge and Leadership Series Events, Business Series Events, Social Series Events, Annual Inner-Circle and Family Retreats. It is believed that it's always lonely at the top and the CEO Clubs provide the members with a platform to have learning through sharing experiences, and bonding in an atmosphere of utmost confidentiality, trust, and respect.

Roles and Responsibilities but are not limited to:

The CEO Club is looking for a full-time employee with strong execution capabilities and who proactively takes initiative. The right person for the role requires influencing ability, applying knowledge/ experience, and taking certain levels of decisions or driving initiatives on behalf of the Chairs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing continuity when leadership changes at the Chapter level
• Manage Chapter operations like Events, Member Directory, Newsletter, Website
• Manage budget, logistics and vendors for the event
• Develop and implement a growth strategy
• Working with the individual Chapter Chair for the execution of new initiatives, maintaining existing initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Chapter Council meetings coordination, minutes, action items, follow-ups
• Cross Chapter information flow of ideas, best practices, connecting members
• Primarily scheduling, coordinating, and encouraging participation and attendance in meetings/gatherings
• Engaging with council chairs for initiative/actioning/facilitation/execution
• Coordinate with all chapter executives, finance, and the Head of National Secretariat for any clarifications
• Assisting with any National/chapter work when required.
• Design and Branding: Craft and uphold a premium visual identity for CEO Clubs across all social media platforms.
• Marketing Strategy: Drive impactful campaigns to elevate CEO Clubs' global presence.
• Creative Direction: Lead innovative designs for events and member engagement materials.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building. A passionate professional with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities with a flexible & detail oriented attitude and team management abilities.

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills, marketing skills and ability to deal with top CEOs
• Working knowledge of Canva, Excel, ppt, zoom, and other basic software
• 3+ years of experience working with senior leadership vertical
• Experience in managing large-scale events and transactions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to multi-task and be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
• Ability to build & manage relationships with different teams
• Fluency in English
