Job Title: Chapter Lead
Location: Bangalore

Impact & contribution:
Reduce the deployment time of model by utilising advance tools and technology. In this role you’ll assist execution of strategic initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance.
Reporting lines: Reports to Senior Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands on Lead Engineering duties with Peoplesoft ERP (GL) squad
Lead developer and quality for Peoplesoft ERP (GL) platforms’ practice providing guidance and leadership
Works with leadership teams and practice to define and uplift developer and quality analysis capability
Drives the implementation, embedding and continual improvement of methodologies, frameworks, tools and processes.
Identifies and actions opportunities to increase the effectiveness of business analysis teams or practice to improving business and customer value.
Collaborates with leadership teams to set performance metrics for the practice. (Metrics may include KPIs/KRAs/OKRs)
Essential Skills:
10+ Years of experience
Strong Engineering expertise and Business acumen with more than 10 years of IT experience
Strong track record in ERP General Ledger / Peoplesoft Financials Implementation and development
Experienced and knowledgeable in software delivery (SDLC)
Strong stakeholder engagement skills to validate initiatives in the initial phases; including framing the problem, defining project scope and solutions to drive optimal value for the business and our customers
Can drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve business and customer value.
Wants to evolve the Development and DevSecOps skillset in ways to drive PACE
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
