The Channel Sales will play a key role in growing indirect sales through partner networks and strategic alliances, helping expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners, including brokers, alliances, and referral networks.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design partner incentive programs, KPIs, and governance frameworks to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and project teams for lead generation, co-branded campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, pipeline, and conversion rates; take corrective actions.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing channel sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal guidelines, and documentation standards.
  • Report channel sales performance, market insights, and risks to senior leadership.
