We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Specialist with a strong network of channel partners in the SOBO market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in property sourcing, channel partner coordination, and closing high-value residential/commercial deals.

About the Role

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners in South Mumbai, sourcing premium residential/commercial inventory, and coordinating site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in South Mumbai.
• Source premium residential/commercial inventory in the SOBO market.
• Coordinate with channel partners for site visits and client meetings.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitable closures.
• Track market trends, competitor projects, and pricing movements.
• Maintain updated database of channel partners and inventory.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing (preferably SOBO market).

Required Skills

• Strong network of active channel partners in South Mumbai.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of premium real estate projects and developers in the region.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to close high-ticket transactions.
• Strong market intelligence and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
