Channel Sales Manager Real Estate

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10-17 years (Real Estate Channel Sales only)


TG Developers is expanding and were looking for a results-driven Channel Sales Manager who can build, activate, and scale a high-performing broker network.



Key Responsibilities:


Build and manage a strong network of channel partners / brokers

Drive site visits, bookings, and revenue through channel sales

Onboard, train, and regularly engage channel partners

Design and execute CP incentive schemes and promotionsTrack performance, push closures, and ensure targets are met

Coordinate with internal sales & marketing teams

Maintain CRM updates and structured reporting


What Were Looking For:


  • Mandatory experience in real estate channel sales
  • Established broker network in the local market
  • Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
  • Highly target-oriented, field-ready, and disciplined
