Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven City Head Channel Sales to lead and scale Livspaces channel sales operations in Bangalore. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of the Bangalore real estate ecosystem, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing Channel Partner (CP) network.

This is a highly field-oriented role involving regular site visits, broker meetings, and visits to Livspace Experience Centres.


Key Responsibilities

Drive city-level Channel Sales and ECV (Estimated Contract Value) targets

Build, manage, and expand a strong broker/Channel Partner (CP) network

Conduct daily CP meetings to ensure consistent, high-quality lead generation

Oversee CP payouts, ensure partner satisfaction, and manage long-term relationships

Ensure operational excellence and strict compliance with company processes

Uphold Livspaces brand standards and customer experience benchmarks

Lead and mentor the city channel sales team to achieve business objectives


Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in team handling

Mandatory experience working with or as a Channel Partner (CP)

Strong network and deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate ecosystem

Proven leadership experience in managing teams and partner networks

Target-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking capabilities

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada

Comfortable with field work, site visits, broker meetings, and Experience Centre visits
