Role Overview

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and scale a partner-led revenue engine.

You will own partner onboarding, enablement, and recurring revenue growth across regions and verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete channel sales cycle: partner identification, onboarding, activation, and revenue growth.
• Recruit and manage resellers and channel partners across multiple regions.
• Drive partner-led ARR/MRR through structured GTM and regular reviews.
• Conduct partner training, product demos, and sales enablement.
• Track performance using CRM dashboards and pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure compliance with commercial policies and revenue-sharing models.
• Own region/vertical-specific partner revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 35 years experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or B2B SaaS Sales.
• Proven success in onboarding and scaling revenue via partners.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and SaaS metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• High ownership mindset; ability to work independently.
