Job Description

Position: Channel Sales Executive

Location: Thane (Field-Based Role)

Experience: 25 Years

Industry Preference: Pathology / Diagnostics / Healthcare


Role Objective


Responsible for expanding the Collection Center (CC) network, driving revenue growth, and ensuring activation and productivity of centers across the assigned Thane territory. The role requires strong field execution, commercial understanding, and partner management skills.

Key Responsibilities


1. CC Expansion

Identify high-potential locations through market mapping and feasibility analysis.

Convert prospects into active CC partners and finalize commercial agreements.

Ensure smooth onboarding and operational setup.


2. CC Growth & Activation

Drive revenue growth and increase average business per CC.

Activate low-performing centers and implement monthly growth plans.

Achieve territory revenue targets.


3. Camp & BTL Execution

Plan and execute camps with CC partners (societies, RWAs, corporates).

Ensure ROI-positive activities and track performance metrics.

Conduct local BTL initiatives and strengthen territory branding.

4. Partner & Commercial Management

Act as SPOC for CC partners and resolve operational or billing issues.

Maintain profitable pricing and protect margins.

Monitor discounting and prevent revenue leakage.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain CC performance reports and submit weekly/monthly updates.

Track competitor activity and market trends.
