Channel Sales Executive – Insurance Broking (POSP Acquisition)

Role Summary

We are looking for a high energy Channel Sales Executive from the insurance broking industry with strong on-field sales experience . The role focuses on acquiring, activating, and managing Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) / Associates , driving business targets, and providing continuous sales and product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard POSPs / Associates to build a strong distribution network
• Identify POSP requirements and recommend suitable insurance products and payout structures across insurers
• Provide joint call support to POSPs along with direct field sales exposure
• Drive individual and channel-based business targets in line with POSP acquisition and activation goals
• Manage and strengthen customer and POSP relationships to ensure sustained business growth
• Conduct product and sales training for newly onboarded POSPs
• Support POSPs with sales strategies, pitching, and closure assistance
• Stay updated with insurance products, insurer guidelines, company policies, and sales processes
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Experience

• Mandatory experience in the Insurance Broking industry
• Proven on-field sales experience in insurance distribution
• Exposure to POSP / Advisor / Channel Sales is highly preferred
