Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory to generate leads, support partners, and drive business revenue.
- Forecast future sales based on pipeline activity and market trends.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in onboarding new channel partners and distributors.
- Nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Execute regional sales plans and marketing initiatives for channel partners.
- Conduct regular visits to channel partners for product availability and sales execution.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Track sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights for strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic consultative selling and follow-up techniques
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Confident in product presentations and handling objections.
