Experience Required: 25 Years
Gross Salary: 30,000 45,000 per month
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business / Sales / Marketing or related field (preferred)
Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Channel Sales professional to strengthen our partner network and drive sales for premium residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners and brokers
Drive sales through the channel network and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Identify and onboard new channel partners
Coordinate site visits and assist partners in closing deals
Maintain strong follow-ups and pipeline tracking
Provide excellent customer and partner service
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Required Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in Channel Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with proven sales track record
Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
Prior real estate experience will be a strong advantage
