Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Head will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the channel partner network to drive revenue growth for the organization. The role requires strong leadership skills, an extensive understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term, profitable relationships with channel partners, brokers, and aggregators.
1. Channel Partner Management
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and agencies.
Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales potential.
Maintain a structured partner engagement plan (meetings, events, trainings, incentives).
2. Sales Planning & Execution
Drive channel-led bookings for residential/commercial projects.
Monitor daily/weekly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Conduct regular site visits, partner meets, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with marketing team for campaign planning and lead generation.
3. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the channel sales team to achieve collective goals.
Conduct regular training sessions for the team and channel partners.
Ensure high productivity and discipline within the team.
4. Market Intelligence
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Provide insights to management to refine pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
Identify new markets, channel opportunities, and demand centers.
5. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal teams like marketing, CRM, and project teams.
Maintain strong relationships with HNIs, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and major brokerage firms.
Represent the company in networking events, expos, and broker meets.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on channel performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing norms, and documentation standards.
Maintain transparent communication with management on sales progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
1520 years of experience in real estate channel sales (residential or commercial).
Proven track record in handling large channel networks and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Deep understanding of real estate sales cycle, market dynamics, and broker ecosystem.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
