Role:


This role is for a Channel Partner Manager for India, Sri Lanka and East Africa territory. Key accountabilities include achieve revenue targets, partner recruitment & management, partner enablement & training, joint business & territory planning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management or B2B Sales, preferable within the cloud computing, SaaS or IT monitoring/infrastructure industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $multimillion sales quotas.
  • In-depth understanding of the channel ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, Distribution)
  • Strong knowledge of IT monitoring solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for pipeline management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to construct and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in English both verbally and writing. Local language conversant is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel with no visa issues.
