Job Description

OPPO India is hiring for Key Account - Channel Manager who will act as a key contributor to our mobile product sales, you will drive the development, maintenance, and management of major national and regional accounts. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, growing market share and brand visibility, and building long-term, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.


Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields.


Experience - 5-7 Years


Key Responsibilities


Account Development and Management:


  • Independently manage the overall relationship with 35 key national or regional accounts.
  • Identify and develop new key account opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Create and execute annual/quarterly cooperation plans and sales strategies for each key account.


Sales Target Achievement:


  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding annual sales targets (revenue, volume, market share) for assigned accounts.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.


Strategic Partnership Advancement:


  • Engage with multiple client departments (procurement, marketing, operations, etc.) to lead contract negotiations, terms finalization, and signing.
  • Plan and drive joint marketing campaigns, new product launches, and promotional programs to enhance product competitiveness within client channels.
  • Resolve complex commercial issues such as channel conflicts and pricing maintenance.


Market Insight and Analysis:


  • Collect and analyze competitor activities, policies, and sales data within key account channels. Provide timely feedback and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify industry trends and shifts in client needs, offering frontline input for product planning and pricing strategies.
