Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
New Dealer Performance Monitoring-No of Tractors. Nurturing of New dealers, Associate dealers, Canvassing Agents, Distributors and Franchisees. Performance review with select Non Performing New dealers(Quarterly Review. Re-induction program for Non performing new dealers. Identifying requirements for Capability Building program for Non performing new dealers. Performance review of A+,A category dealers (<80% performance adherence. Capability Building program for Non performing new dealersRe-induction and Training. 360 degree review of De-growth Dealers A+,A and B dealers. Planning and Review (Monthly) for index dealers / Other A+,A and B Dealers. Using MSS, MSS+ for performance improvement. Address Critical issues through Joint Visits with DGM / RH / ZH. Dealer Capability Building. Effectiveness of HR system implementation and driving benefits of HR System implementation. Long Term Partnership Index (LTPI)Improvement on a quarterly basis. Mahindra Sales System and Panchratna Yojna Implementation and Effectiveness. Dealer Satisfaction Survey and Sales Satisfaction Index. Implementation of Action Plan. Dealer Council Meetings at Respective states
