About the Role

The role involves developing and executing business strategies for Ycop and TASC, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business Strategy for Ycop and TASC.
• Enabling strong program proposition to TASC & Ycop customers.
• Analysis Portfolio and strategizing opportunities.
• Generate new business strategies & initiatives to achieve defined business target.
• Build and deepen relationships with other business units to increase the wallet of cross sell and revenue for Ycop & TASC.
• Ensure ongoing self-development.
• Focusing on PPI penetration at POS.
• Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.
• Working closely with sales team to achieve business the target.
• Building a good relationship with stake holder.
• Working closely with Asset & Liability product team for strengthening existing and developing new products and cross sell opportunity.
• Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.
• Anchoring Bank @work Pan India initiatives to increase corporate level PPI penetration.
• Excellent Presentation skills.

Qualifications

Post Graduate from premier institute.
