Budget Bikes Ventures Pvt Ltd operates in the pre-owned two-wheeler sales and purchase segment, building an organized network for buying, refurbishing, and selling quality second-hand bikes across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional from the two-wheeler industry who can develop and expand the dealer/distribution network across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Rajasthan. The role requires strong industry connections, dealer relationship management, and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard dealers and channel partners across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Rajasthan.
- Develop a strong distribution network for pre-owned two-wheelers.
- Build relationships with local dealers, retailers, and aggregators in the two-wheeler ecosystem.
- Drive business expansion, dealer onboarding, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential locations and partners.
- Manage dealer performance, support partners, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory supply, pricing, and logistics.
- Monitor competition and provide market insights and strategy inputs.
Candidate Profile
4-6 years of experience in two-wheeler industry sales, dealership management, or channel development.
Strong network of two-wheeler dealers in Rajasthan.
Experience working with OEMs, dealership networks, or used vehicle platforms will be preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
