CFO-Confectionary (Confectionary)

DS Group is seeking an accomplished CFO to provide strategic financial leadership to its Confectionery Division

Role Highlights:

1. Strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and margin enhancement
2. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management aligned to business goals
3. Oversee finance, accounting, Ind-AS compliance, audits, internal controls, and governance frameworks
4. Manage taxation, treasury, working capital, cash flows, and capex planning
5. Drive robust MIS, KPI dashboards, ERP/SAP optimization, and digital finance initiatives
6. Interface with auditors, advisors, lenders, and external stakeholders; support capital marketrelated initiatives as required

Ideal Profile:

• CA (mandatory) ; CA+CS / MBA preferred
• 2330 years experience in FMCG/manufacturing environments
• Exposure to listed entities, capital markets, and investor-facing engagements
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership in complex, high-accountability environments
