Role Description

The CFA Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru / Pune / Ahmedabad. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering in-depth CFA course content, including financial planning, financial statements, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include teaching, conducting interactive sessions, preparing course material, aiding students in exam preparation, and evaluating their progress. The role also involves staying updated with the latest developments in the field of finance and ensuring the curriculum is aligned with current industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance concepts
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and financial trends
• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Experience in teaching CFA or other finance-related certifications is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for effective teaching
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred
• Passion for mentoring and guiding future finance professionals
