GrowthPal is a venture-funded startup based out of Pune, building an agentic AI product in the investment banking space. We are building the intelligence layer for M&A deal sourcing, transforming how corporate development teams and investment banks discover acquisition targets. After proving our methodology across 500+ M&A mandates across 125+ global clients and $2B+ in deal flow, we've launched Aelina: an AI-based platform that combines knowledge graphs, agentic reasoning, and multi-modal search to surface hidden acquisition opportunities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO to coordinate with other leaders on tasks, strategy, execution, special projects, reviews, and reports, with complete confidentiality and integrity
• Independently design, research, and build key plans/projections, internal initiatives, and special projects
• Work with the CEO and select teams in collating/sending required updates and information to investors, press, and customers
• Manage the CEOs participation in all external events, including coordination, planning, and post-event follow-ups
• Lead at least one organizational initiative of team building

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-MBA experience in growth startups

Required Skills

• Prior work experience as a Fellow/EA in a CEOs office
• Clear, respectful and effective communication at all levels (verbal and written)
• Sharp focus on tasks and deliverables as per calendar
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple groups
• Ability to use AI/Automation tools quickly and efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Attention to detail in building documents & memos for senior people
• Understanding of LOB functions, their KPIs, and constraints
• Good understanding of SaaS/product sectors
• Track record as a speaker, published author, event manager, and team captain
