We are looking for a highownership operator to work closely with the CEO in driving crossfunctional initiatives, special projects, and AIled operational transformation across ProV.

This role is for someone who can independently move complex initiatives forward, bring structure to ambiguity, and improve how the organization runs at scale.

• Lead program management for crossfunctional initiatives with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Drive special projects and new strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive AIled productivity gains across the organization, including smarter SaaS evaluation, consolidation, and workflow automation.
• Create structured review mechanisms, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate across teams to unblock execution without constant CEO intervention.
• Ensure speed, clarity, and followthrough across highpriority organizational goals.

• ~2 years of work experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or highownership roles.
• Strong people skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Highly selfdriven and capable of delivering outcomes without requiring followups.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills with the ability to structure data and communicate insights clearly.
• Handson familiarity with AI tools to enhance personal productivity and workflow design.
• MBA preferred, not compulsory.
