JRole: CEO Office Growth & Market Expansion

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Mumbai


Role Overview

This role sits within the CEOs Office and is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through new markets, new customer segments, and deeper expansion within the existing customer base. The position is strategic and execution-oriented , working closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to identify, structure, and scale growth opportunities across geographies, channels, and customer types. This is not a sales or marketing role . It focuses on where and how the business should grow , enabling teams to execute effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate new geographies, customer segments, and market opportunities
  • Develop market entry and expansion strategies with clear business cases
  • Support growth within the existing customer base through new offerings, pricing strategies, or deeper penetration
  • Identify white-space opportunities across products, channels, and customer profiles

Strategy & Execution

  • Translate growth opportunities into structured initiatives with timelines, owners, and KPIs
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams to enable execution
  • Lead special growth projects directly from the CEOs office
  • Monitor performance and course-correct initiatives as needed

Analysis & Decision Support

  • Build data-driven insights on market size, competition, pricing, and customer behavior
  • Track revenue contribution from new initiatives and expansion efforts
  • Prepare CEO-level updates and recommendations for leadership decision-making

Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Identify and support strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel opportunities that unlock growth
  • Assist in structuring pilot programs and scalable partnership models

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, growth, consulting, market expansion, or business leadership
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect strategy to execution
  • Experience working across multiple functions (sales, finance, ops, product)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-impact environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
