CEO & Medical Superintendent

The ideal candidate will manage maintenance team in the upkeep of residential buildings. This individual will ensure adherence to regulations and compliance and work closely with maintenance teams to solve problems that arise. This individual will also be comfortable budgeting and inventory tracking to ensure necessary supplies are in house.

Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities (MS Role)

• Supervision of doctors and nursing staff
• Quality control & patient safety protocols
• Infection control & NABH compliance (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers)
• Medical audits & documentation
• Handling patient complaints related to treatment

Administrative & Strategic Responsibilities (CEO Role)

• Financial planning & budgeting
• Revenue growth & expansion strategy
• HR management & senior hiring
• Government compliance (e.g., National Medical Commission norms)
• Branding & hospital growth planning

Qualifications

Medical Qualification (Mandatory for MS Role)

• MBBS (Registered with State Medical Council / National Medical Commission)

Preferred Higher Qualification

• MD / MS / DNB (any clinical specialty)

Management Qualification (Highly Recommended)

One of the following:

• MHA (Master of Hospital Administration)
• MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Management
• PG Diploma in Hospital Administration
