Responsibilities:

Shape multi year strategy balancing innovation and operational excellence
Chief ambassador with government, donors, media, and sector forums.
Strengthen relationships with existing donors and secure new, multi-year funding.
Lead and grow a high-performing, values-driven team and develop next-generation leaders.
Ensure interventions are impactful, evidence-based and scalable.
Work closely with the board to ensure compliance, transparency, and strong organizational health.

Requirements:

15+ years in a leadership role in the social impact sector (health, education, livelihoods)

Proven track record in fundraising and stakeholder management.

Experience in scaling programs or organizations without compromising quality.

Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline.

Comfort with technology-enabled solutions and data-driven decision-making.
