Role: Founder's Office Growth

Experience: 1-3 years experience in high growth B2C startups in Growth related roles

Job type: Full time, Early Stage Startup

Job location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Reports to: CEO & Co-founder

CTC: 12-20 Lakhs per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Brownie points: Interest or experience in Stock Markets or worked in Fintech before

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive user growth by building scalable distribution channels through strategic partnerships across the broader finance ecosystem while optimising the funnel for maximum conversions.

PRIMARY TASK: Partnerships for TOFU

- Identify and onboard potential growth partners across relevant finance communities.

- Initiate and close collaborations via direct outreach and relationship-building.

- Design partnership models, incentive structures, and value-aligned offers for the partner.

- Track and optimize metrics like reach, conversions, CAC, and partner ROI

SECONDARY TASK: Retention

- Analyse user activity behaviours on platform

- Run lightweight, fast experiments for retargeting users and improve retention

- Overall, figure out major problems and come up with actionable that minimises leaks in sales funnel
