Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Central Reservations Calling Agent located in Indore. The responsibilities include handling incoming calls for reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing inquiries related to hotel bookings and services. The agent will also manage day-to-day receptionist duties, address customer concerns efficiently, and ensure accurate record-keeping related to reservations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effectively managing Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address guest inquiries with politeness and professionalism
  • Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey information and handle guest concerns
  • Familiarity with Receptionist Duties and maintaining front desk operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
