Job Role - Central Pricing and MIS Analyst

Key responsibilities

1. Create and maintain MIS with financial, operating and clinical metrics; create dashboards.

2. Business reporting/ working closely with senior management to track performance.

3. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports

4. Financial modelling for pricing decisions, build tariffs.

5. Costing of surgical packages along with peer benchmarking.

6. Tracking of procedures vis--vis packages, margins and DCI (Drug, Consumables, Investigations) consumption.

7. Revenue cycle management

Required qualifications

1. CA/ICWA/MBA Finance; 48 years in hospital costing/pricing.

2. Hospital experience needed.

3. Working knowledge of Excel, HIS and ERPs; SQL knowledge would be a bonus.

4. Analytical; collaborates with clinical/finance teams.
