About the Team and the Role

The Central Ops team at Ather is responsible for driving sales process improvements, managing zonal wholesales scheduling based on production plans, and maintaining optimum inventory levels across RDCs. This team ensures smooth order fulfillment and manages dealer receivables and payables while reviewing data like consumption trends to enable effective planning.

This role is for a Central Operations Manager who will oversee daily fulfillment operations, manage outsourced process vendors through KPI tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams like logistics and transformation to build robust systems and enhance channel efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive process improvements for sales operations and RP management.

• Schedule zonal vehicle wholesales aligned with production and sales plans.

• Monitor RDC inventory levels and execute replenishment planning to maintain optimum stock.

• Manage dealer receivables and payables related to sales operations.

• Oversee all fulfillment processes to ensure seamless order execution and adherence.

• Analyze stock levels and consumption trends to facilitate effective wholesale planning.

• Manage outsourced vendors through rigorous KPI tracking and periodic performance reviews.

• Lead team members in daily order management and guide them through new process adoption.
