Job Responsibilities

Oversee credit quality and provide strategic direction across the department
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of credit reports, dashboards, monthly performance presentations, and credit memorandums
Lead credit audits through policy analysis and case reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory norms
Conduct credit risk assessments and portfolio due diligence to identify early warning signals and mitigate risks
Collaborate with business teams to manage end-to-end credit processes and support decision-making
Work with tech teams to drive automation and expand system-based credit decisions.
Monitor portfolio performance, analyze data trends, and present insights to senior management.
Deliver regular team training, digitize training workflows, and manage centralized MIS reporting
