This role is primarily responsible for overseeing administrative and operational activities of the center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and managing the center as a profit-making unit. The incumbent will be accountable for coordination, vendor management, cost control, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.

At present, civil and interior work is underway for the center. As outlined in the attached job description, the Center Manager will temporarily oversee and coordinate these activities, including liaison with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, until the successful inauguration in the first week of April 2026 of the center. This responsibility is short-term in nature.

Post inauguration, the role will transition into full-fledged center management, focusing on operational efficiency, revenue generation, budgeting, team coordination, and overall performance of the center to ensure business growth and profitability.

• Working days 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday working) with 1 weekday off as a weekly rest day.
• Timings 11 AM 8 PM
• Experience 10+ years experience in managing centers/educational institutions.
• Languages English, Kannada, Hindi
• Effective communication skills.
