Sportball is a 30-year internationally trusted, research-backed multi-sport program operating across Canada, USA, and Singapore now launching in India.

We work with children aged 16 months to 12 years, building physical literacy, confidence, coordination, and social skills through structured exposure to 10 different sports delivered in a fully indoor, air-conditioned, AQI-controlled premium facility.

We are hiring someone to lead our Gurgaon centre.

Role Overview

The Program Coordinator will be the on-ground leader responsible for:

• Upholding Sportballs philosophy and standards
• Leading coaches and front desk staff
• Delivering a premium parent experience
• Conducting centre tours and explaining our curriculum
• Managing daily operations with structure and discipline
• Overseeing birthday bookings and execution

This is a founding leadership role with long-term growth potential as Sportball expands across NCR.

Ideal Background

We are looking for someone with 36 years of experience in:

• Premium preschool operations
• Early childhood education centres
• Child enrichment programs
• Boutique activity or learning studios
• Structured hospitality or service environments

You should have:

• Strong spoken and written English
• Confidence in interacting with parents
• Prior team management exposure
• Calm, structured leadership style
• Genuine passion for child development

Compensation

INR 5.5 8 lakh per annum
