Centre Head or Center Manager Pre-School (Female)

The Center Head or Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children, and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure effective implementation of the ECCE curriculum.
• Manage, mentor, and supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff.
• Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development.
• Handle parent interactions, counselling, and grievance resolution.
• Drive admissions, enrolment growth, and retention.
• Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and open-house events.
• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain records, reports, and coordination with management.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Knowledge of Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)
• Excellent parent-handling and communication skills
• Operational and administrative capability
• Admissions and outreach experience
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.

Preferred Skills;

• Experience with curriculum development.
• Knowledge of child development principles.
