Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool center
• Lead, guide, and support teaching and support staff
• Ensure implementation of curriculum and academic standards
• Handle parent interactions, admissions, and overall satisfaction
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory norms
• Drive enrollments and support marketing initiatives
