Center Coordinator - Preschool

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher for our client company to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster independence, curiosity, and holistic development in line with Montessori principles

Key Responsibilities

Classroom & Teaching:

• Implement Montessori-based teaching methods aligned with lesson plans and curriculum
• Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centric classroom environment
• Observe, guide, and support childrens academic, emotional, and social development
• Use age-appropriate materials and activities to encourage independent learning

Student Development:

• Assess and document childrens progress and developmental milestones
• Plan and evaluate individual and group learning activities
• Ensure student safety and supervision at all times

Parent Interaction:

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and development
• Address concerns and provide constructive feedback during parent interactions
• Encourage parent participation in school activities and meetings

School & Team Collaboration:

• Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support staff
• Follow school policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma with ECCE / NTT certification; Montessori certification preferred
• Basic understanding of child development theories and Montessori philosophy
• Good communication skills in English
• Patient, caring, flexible, and child-focused attitude
• Strong classroom management and teamwork skills
• Ability to safeguard childrens well-being and interests

Experience: 02 Years (or as per competence)
