This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Asian cuisine, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting Asian dishes with consistent quality. Additional responsibilities include supervising kitchen operations, training junior kitchen staff, collaborating with the head chef and sous chef to develop new recipes, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring efficient food production.

• Proficiency in preparing and cooking Asian cuisine, along with strong culinary creativity and technical skills.
• Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including maintaining organized and sanitary kitchens.
• Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to train and mentor junior staff.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CDP, preferably in Asian cuisine, with exposure to high-volume or fine-dining kitchens.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
• A passion for food innovation and staying up-to-date with trends in Asian cuisine.
