Job Description/Responsibilities: 

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks and be able to mitigate risks.

• Must understand full SDLC in a complicated and complex environment, working alongside a large development team

• Coach team members and manage end to end aspects of the project ensuring high quality

• Handle multiple projects in shared resource model

• Demonstrate leadership skills with strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Setup project governance presenting Daily, weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders

• Provide estimates for efforts and duration for IAM engagements based on scope

• Manage project KPIs, SLAs and enable continuous process improvement

• Act as a trusted advisor to the team, creating a positive and supportive work environment

• Manage senior-level client relationships

• Presenting ideas and approaches to clients or other decision makers

• Support pre-sales and proposals for business development

• Demonstrate technical know-how in IT Security (network, OS, databases, web technologies, application development.

• Demonstrable experience of strategic and tactical thinking and working in information sensitive business(es)

• Apply high degree of empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness and potential to lead small teams

• Manage all team HR functions including hiring, training, planning and assigning work, coaching and development, talent and performance management and conducting annual reviews

Job Qualification

• Strong experience in delivering Identity and Access management implementation engagements

• 12 to 16 Years of relevant experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow

• Must have led at least one end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementation as a Manager

• Experience in installing and configuring SailPoint IIQ environment

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ 7.2 and above versions or IdentityNow on features listed below

  • On-boarding of new applications using native connectors and custom API

  • Rules - Connector, Aggregation & Provisioning Rules

  • User Lifecycle requests and Lifecycle events

  • Custom Tasks and Reports

  • Roles, SoD Policies & Certifications 

  • Access Request, Custom Workflows, Password Management

  • Integration with ITSM tools like ServiceNow

• Candidates must have an understanding of industry best practices for access administration (Provisioning, de-provisioning), access enforcements (authentication protocols) and access  governance (certification, logging, monitoring etc.)·       

• Good Java programming skills. Having Java

• certification is an added advantage

• Experience working with multiple IAM related technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications

•  Experience of executing projects using Agile methodology like Scrum

• Ability to guide and mentor junior members on the team

• Has good analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Pre-sales and proposal experience is added advantage

Bachelor or Master degree in related field (CS/IT) from reputed universities.
