Role Description:

Youll work closely with the Total Rewards team to drive C&B operations, analytics, and process improvements, while gaining exposure to meaningful projects that go beyond routine HR operations.

What Youll Do

Manage Compensation & Benefits operations with high accuracy

Build MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Contribute to high-impact C&B projects beyond BAU

Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless reward processes

What Makes You a Great Fit

23 years of experience in C&B / HR Operations / Total Rewards

Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills

A process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Comfortable working as an individual contributor with strong collaboration skills

Education

MBA / PGDM in HR or related discipline

Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes will have an added advantage
