Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete P&L for the Tele/Video Consultation category revenue, margins, pricing, and unit economics
- Define and execute the category growth strategy, including new service launches, specialty expansion, packages & subscription models
- Drive top-line growth and profitability through pricing optimization, monetization experiments, and cost control
- Optimize the digital funnel (discovery booking consultation repeat usage) to improve conversion, completion rate, LTV, and retention
- Partner with Marketing to drive ROI-positive acquisition and demand generation
- Work closely with Medical teams to scale and optimize the doctor network, availability, and utilization
- Collaborate with Product & Tech to enhance the tele-consultation experience, reduce drop-offs, and improve NPS/CSAT
- Build dashboards, track key KPIs, and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership
- Identify market gaps, competitive benchmarks, and new digital healthcare opportunities
What Were Looking For:
- 58+ years of experience in Category Management, Digital Business, Marketplace, Telehealth, or HealthTech setups
- Proven track record of owning and scaling a revenue-generating category or digital service
- Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing, contribution margins, and growth levers
- Experience optimizing consumer funnels, monetization models, and repeat usage metrics
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and Ops teams
- Prior experience in healthcare/healthtech or a digital service-led business is strongly preferred
