Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Category Manager to own end-to-end category management and drive new product innovation. This role combines P&L ownership, product development, digital shelf excellence, and go-to-market execution to accelerate growth across D2C, marketplaces, and retail channels.

Location: Ahmedabad-Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end category P&L, driving revenue growth, margins, and overall performance
• Lead product development & innovation from concept to launch (shades, formulations, packaging)
• Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies across D2C, marketplaces, and retail channel
• Analyze SKU performance, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize assortment
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance for seamless execution
• Manage demand planning, inventory, and vendor coordination to ensure product availability and cost efficiency

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 48 years of experience in category management / product management (preferably in beauty, FMCG, or personal care)
• Strong understanding of color cosmetics trends (face, lip, eye categories)
• Experience in NPD, packaging development, and GTM execution
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
