The Role

We are hiring a Category Manager Leather Accessories to lead product development, sourcing, and category performance across wallets, belts, and small leather goods.

Scope & Responsibilities

Product & Range Planning

Build seasonal line plans across wallets, belts, SLGs, and gifting SKUs

Define SKU architecture and pricing tiers

Balance classic core with fashion-led drops

Sourcing & Cost Management

Manage vendor partnerships and cost negotiations

Oversee leather quality, finishing, and packaging standards

Ensure timelines and production reliability

Buying & Inventory Governance

Plan seasonal buys aligned to forecast

Monitor turns, cover, and ageing

Manage markdowns and slow movers

Retail Performance

Track sell-through and space productivity

Support visual storytelling and launches

Optimize assortment by channel and store grade

Commercial Ownership

Deliver category sales and margin targets

Identify growth opportunities and gaps

Experience & Qualification

610 years in leather goods/accessories retail

Vendor sourcing and costing exposure

Strong commercial judgement
