The Role

We are hiring a Category Manager Innerwear to own assortment strategy, buy planning, and inventory performance across the network.

This role demands strong analytics, depth planning, and retail agility.

Scope & Responsibilities:

Assortment & Range Strategy

Build core and seasonal line plans across styles and size matrices

Define SKU depth, size curves, and replenishment logic

Ensure strong availability of fast-moving basics

Buying & Inventory Discipline

Plan buys aligned to sell-through and consumption patterns

Monitor weekly stock cover and turns

Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory

Margin & Pricing Management

Develop pricing architecture with margin protection

Evaluate promo and markdown impact

Protect profitability in high-volume environments

Vendor & Quality Control

Manage vendor performance and costing

Ensure consistent quality and fit standards

Maintain supply reliability

Commercial Tracking

Track ROS, sell-through, and door productivity

Adjust depth and mix dynamically

Experience & Qualification

610 years in innerwear/essentials merchandising

Strong planning and replenishment mindset

Data-driven and operationally sharp
