Beverly Hills Polo Club continues to expand its lifestyle footprint beyond apparel into Home and Living. The objective is to build a cohesive, premium home assortment that complements the brands fashion identity while delivering strong retail productivity.

The Role

We are hiring a Category Manager Home to operate as the commercial owner of the Home portfolio. You will be responsible for building the range, sourcing products, planning buys, and ensuring profitable sell-through across channels.

This is a category P&L management role, not a coordination function.

Scope & Responsibilities

Category Planning & Assortment Strategy

Build seasonal line plans across bedding, bath, textiles, dcor, and lifestyle SKUs

Define SKU counts, depth logic, and good/better/best price ladders

Balance evergreen continuity products with seasonal newness

Tailor assortments by format and region

Buying & Inventory Management

Plan buys aligned to OTB and demand forecasts

Manage intake calendars and replenishment cycles

Track cover, turns, and sell-through weekly

Reduce ageing and dead stock exposure

Vendor & Sourcing Control

Identify and onboard domestic/international vendors

Negotiate costing, MOQs, lead times, and quality benchmarks

Ensure product quality, packaging standards, and compliance

Commercial Performance

Track category KPIs: sales, margin %, stock turns, ageing, markdown impact

Recommend pricing and promo strategies

Drive productivity per door and per sq ft

Cross-Functional Execution

Partner with VM/Marketing on storytelling and launches

Work with planning and supply chain for smooth stock flow

Support store teams with product knowledge

Experience & Qualification

610 years in Home/Lifestyle category management

Strong sourcing and costing exposure

Retail-first commercial mindset
