What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Category Growth Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies. As a Category Growth Associate will:

• Drive growth for the focus categories through strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with brands to boost their visibility and category sales.
• Analyze category performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and develop a plan to capture it
• Build deep customer understanding for the category to devise marketing strategies, drive implementation and own their performance
• Collaborate with the leadership team on critical cross-functional projects to enhance category performance
• Keep key business stakeholders updated with market and competitive insights through benchmarking to stay ahead
• Use a structured approach to identify and analyze category-specific business problems
• Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization.

What you'll need:

• Bachelors in Business Administration or a similar field
• Fresh or recent graduate, with a strong desire and passion for e-commerce
• Strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills
• An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment in a volatile industry
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
• Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
• Experience working in a similar or related role
• A minimum CGPA of 3.5
