Cataloguing, Quality Check & Category Banners Executive

Were looking for a detail-oriented individual who can own cataloguing accuracy, product quality checks, and category & occasion banners across the platform. Through its unique approach, Vyla seeks to make fashion more affordable, expressive, and accessible to everyone. The platform offers a diverse range of outfit options that can be mixed, matched, and personalized to reflect individual styles. Vyla strives to support creativity and empower designers while ensuring customers have access to inclusive and stylish fashion choices.

Cataloguing & Inventory

• Upload and manage product listings as per VYLAs cataloguing guidelines
• Ensure accurate product details: pricing, sizing, color, fabric, care, and descriptions
• Edit and correct brand-filled inventory and line sheets
• Maintain consistency across categories and collections

Quality Check (QC)

• Perform visual and data quality checks before products go live
• Flag discrepancies in images, descriptions, pricing, or sizing
• Ensure listings meet VYLAs frontend and brand standards
• Coordinate with brands/internal teams for corrections

Category & Occasion Banners

• Create and manage banners for categories, collections, and occasions
• Align banners with VYLAs brand tone and visual guidelines
• Ensure correct sizing, placement, and clarity across devices
• Update banners for drop-based launches and seasonal edits

• Experience in e-commerce cataloguing or fashion marketplaces
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of image formats, banner dimensions, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to follow brand and cataloguing guidelines strictly
• Prior exposure to fashion, apparel, or lifestyle products preferred
