The Catalog Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's product catalog & Benchmarking repository.
Key duties include managing a team of catalog specialists, ensuring accurate and comprehensive product information, driving strategic catalog initiatives, and collaborating cross
- functionally.
Responsibilities include establishing catalog governance policies, optimizing workflows, monitoring catalog performance, and providing technical guidance to the team.
The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, data
- driven decision
- making, compliance management, and leading cross
- functional projects.
Candidates should have 2+years of catalog management experience, expertise in product data management, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's degree and industry certifications preferred.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, identify optimization opportunities, and facilitate the implementation of innovative catalog solutions.
