Own continuous improvement initiatives for global R2P processes spanning all markets.
Head a team responsible for content development and ongoing maintenance, in close collaboration with Global Procurement and IT.
Act as the primary global escalation contact for content enablement or compliance concerns across Procurement platforms.
Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team and regional stakeholders, encompassing performance management responsibilities.
Govern the rollout of Global Procurement's buy-channel strategy in coordination with IT teams.
Direct a worldwide team focused on managing content and enabling catalog operations.
Ensure catalogs, category cards, and Purchase Requisition templates remain current and aligned with Global Procurement's buying strategy.
Analyze content usage data and stakeholder input to identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
Work alongside the User Enablement CoE to ensure all stakeholders are well-equipped to use catalogs, category cards, and PR templates effectively.
Lead change management and communication efforts across markets and functions to reinforce the value of content enablement and catalog adoption.
Engage with category managers to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable catalog enhancement plans.
