Catalog Coordinator Intern role ( Palmonas)
Role Overview
The Catalog Coordinator Intern will support the creative and shoot teams in executing product catalog shoots by assisting with coordination, logistics, and on-set operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in fashion, photography, and creative production workflows, and offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end catalog shoot processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Shoot Coordination & On-Ground Support
- Assist the catalog and photography team during product shoots (studio & location).
- Support shoot-day operations including product movement, sequencing, and readiness.
- Ensure smooth coordination between photographers, stylists, models, and creative leads on set.
- Help maintain shoot timelines and flag delays or gaps proactively.
Product & Inventory Handling
- Coordinate inward and outward movement of products for shoots.
- Ensure correct products, sizes, and variants are available as per the shoot plan.
- Assist in tagging, labeling, and tracking products during shoots.
- Support post-shoot reconciliation to ensure all products are accounted for.
Logistics & Planning Support
- Help in organizing shoot schedules, call sheets, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, warehouse, studio) for product availability.
- Assist in managing shoot-day logistics such as props, accessories, and basic setup needs.
- Support packing, unpacking, and return of products post shoot.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain basic shoot records including product lists, shot completion status, and notes.
- Assist in updating internal trackers for shoot progress and product status.
- Share clear handover notes with post-production or catalog teams when required.
Creative Team Assistance
- Provide general support to the catalog and creative team as needed.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to catalog production and shoot execution.
- Learn and follow brand guidelines and catalog standards during shoots.
Skills & Traits
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-ground and in fast-paced shoot environments.
- Attention to detail, especially while handling products.
- Clear communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in fashion, photography, or creative production is a plus.
