Job Description

Unnati Anam Consultancy is hiring for Armadio a a premium multi-designer store located in the heart of Indiranagar


At Armadio we curate the finest of Indian fashion ranging from luxury bridal couture to elevated western wear. With a strong network of top Indian designers, our store is known for exceptional styling services, customization options, and a deeply personalized client experience. Every touchpoint at Armadio reflects elegance, quality, and thoughtful curation.


Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Working Model: On site

Days: Rotational shifts with one weekly off

Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Budget: 30 to 40k per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 2-4 years (retail background preferred)


Role Overview: Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to handle billing, daily reporting, stock movement tracking, and essential store coordination at Armadio. The role is critical to ensuring accurate transactions, organized records, and smooth day-to-day store operations in a premium retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

Billing & Transactions

  • Handle customer billing through POS systems across cash, card, and UPI payments.
  • Generate invoices, exchanges, returns, and credit notes accurately.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of daily sales and payments.


Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
  • Maintain organized records for invoices, payments, returns, and refunds.
  • Support basic MIS reporting and coordination with the accounts team.


Stock Inward & Outward

  • Record stock inward and outward movements accurately.
  • Support stock tracking and assist during stock counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with store staff to ensure stock visibility and accuracy.


Courier & Store Coordination

  • Handle courier dispatches, receipts, and tracking.
  • Maintain courier-related files and documentation.
  • Support smooth store operations and backend coordination as required.


What Youll Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience as a cashier or billing executive in retail.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a customer-facing retail setup.
  • Ability to coordinate calmly with store teams and vendors.
