About the role

This is not just a billing counter role.

As a Cashier / QSR Front Desk Executive, you will be the face of THE SPOT, handling customer interactions, billing, and service execution while ensuring smooth daily operations and a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Handle POS billing and cash/UPI/card transactions

Serve coffee, beverages, and heat-and-serve food items

Maintain hygiene, food safety, and front desk cleanliness

Support customer service, upselling, and loyalty sign-ups

Assist with basic inventory checks and daily reporting

Follow store SOPs and service standards

Support smooth store operations during peak hours.

What were looking for

12th pass (retail / hotel management background is a plus)

Experience in QSR, cafes, convenience stores, or food counters preferred

Comfortable operating POS systems and basic machines (coffee, heating units)

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Well-groomed, service-oriented, and reliable
