Job Role:

Cash Counter Activities

  • HB Cash Deposit
  • HB Vendor Cash Withdrawal
  • Vault Custodian
  • Maintain Retained Cards /Deliverables Register
  • HB Discrepancy and Short Notes
  • Reports Spooling
  • Demand Draft Making
  • HB Cash Delivery
  • Maintain Cash Vouchers
  • Maintain CTR Register
  • Secured Stationery and Unsecured Stationery Indent
  • HB Customers disputes and showing CCTV Footages
  • Cash Offloads to CC
  • Branch Bulk Cash Receiving
  • Maintain Bulk Cash Vault Register
  • Maintain HB and Bulk Cash Excels
  • Cash Voucher despatch to RMU every Fortnightly and record Maintenance
  • Counterfeit Notes Management and Intimation to branches.
  • Cash Sorting Management
  • Cash Delivery Cheques Verification.
  • Co-ordination with FMG for Cash Point Premises upkeep / Assets Management

ATM Activities

  • Receiving & checking of CBR
  • Receiving of  retained cards& cash/ cheque envelopes
  • Vouchers up dation (entries of replenishment)
  • CBR sheets retrieval from RMU
  • MIS of CBR
  • Retained cards processing (Kotak & non-Kotak)
  • Reporting journal/switch differences
  • Siebel complaints handling
  • ATM Voucher maintenance  and sending to RMU
  • Monthly Vault verification of ATM/HB vendors vaults
  • Redressal of ATM hygiene complaints in co-ordination with FMG and ATM vendors
  • Handling various discrepancies complaints from Escalation cell and nodal officer
  • Co-ordination with FMG for Cash Point premises/Assets Management

HB & Beat Activities

  • Processing of HB request  from siebel-cheque pickup, cash pickup, cash delivery, dd delivery)
  • Assigning request to vendor-Fax to vendor.
  • Processing of  clearing of cheques picked up through HB & send to LCC
  • Handling siebel complaints related to home banking
  • Co-ordinate with vendor
  • sign verification of HB request's  cash delivery/DD delivery Cheques
  • Timely closures  of HB requests.
  • Raising siebel related to discrepancies (cash shortage etc) & assign to concern Home Branch
  • Home  Banking voucher  maintenance and sending to RMU
  • Ensure timely receiving of HB cash and vendor's CRL management
  • Monthly Vault verification of ATM/HB vendors vaults
  • Handling various discrepancies complaints from Escalation cell and nodal officer

 Job Requirements:

 

  • Good communication, and co-ordination skill
  • Service orientation & should be able to handle operations
